Pay Per Click Management

Paid search planned from the same research as the organic work, so the two stop competing and start covering for each other.

Paid and organic should be one plan

In most companies, the SEO team and the ads team use different keyword lists, different competitor assumptions and different reporting. The result is predictable: money spent bidding on terms the site already ranks first for, and nothing spent covering the terms it cannot reach.

Because our keyword research, intent classification and competitor data feed both, we can see the whole picture. Terms you already own organically get less paid budget. Terms you have no realistic organic path to get more. Terms with commercial intent that you rank fourth for get covered while the organic work catches up.

That is not a clever trick. It is just what happens when the two channels look at the same data.

What the engagement covers

Keyword and intent research

Every term classified informational, navigational, commercial or transactional — because bidding on informational queries is how budgets disappear.

Campaign structure

Built so you can tell what is working. Tight themes, sensible match types, and a negative list maintained rather than written once.

Landing page alignment

Checked with the same on-page tooling as the organic work. A great ad pointed at a slow, unfocused page is money wasted at the last step.

Budget allocation vs organic

Spend directed at gaps rather than at terms you already own. Reviewed monthly as the organic rankings move.

Conversion tracking

Set up properly, so the reporting is about outcomes rather than clicks.

Combined reporting

Paid and organic performance for the same keyword set, in one place, so you can see the total picture per term.

The advantage of running both

Every one of these is a direct consequence of owning the software rather than renting it.

  • Stop paying for what you own. If you rank first organically for a term and it has no competitor bidding on it, that is a candidate for cutting paid spend. We can see that; a standalone ads agency cannot.
  • Cover what you cannot reach. Terms where the organic path is a two-year project are exactly where paid earns its place.
  • Test copy before you build pages. Ad copy is the cheapest way to find out which angle people respond to, before committing to writing a page around it.
  • Real competitor intelligence. We know who is genuinely competing for the same organic terms, which is usually a more honest competitor set than the one in the ad auction.

How we start

A free audit

Step 1

Before any proposal, before any money. We run the full audit on your site and tell you what it found. If that reveals we are not the right fit, you have lost nothing.

A scoped proposal

Step 2

Written against what the audit actually found, with the reasoning visible. You should be able to disagree with a priority and have a real conversation about it.

Setup and access

Step 3

Your project is configured, keywords go into tracking, and you get a login on day one. You watch the same numbers we do from the start.

Work and review

Ongoing

Execution tracked as tasks against the project, rankings updated daily, and a monthly review generated from live data rather than assembled by hand.

Common questions

Do we need SEO to work with you on PPC?

No. But the research that makes the PPC good is the same research that drives SEO, so most clients end up doing both — and the second one costs less because the groundwork exists.

What is the minimum budget?

It depends entirely on your market. We will tell you honestly if your budget is too small to be competitive in your auction, rather than taking it and producing disappointing numbers.

Do you charge a percentage of spend?

We prefer a fixed fee. Charging a percentage gives an agency a reason to recommend spending more, which is not an incentive you want on your side of the table.

Which platforms?

Google Ads primarily, since that is where the search intent is and where our data is strongest. We will advise on others but we will not pretend to be specialists in everything.
