Short version: we collect what we need to run the service and to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not track you around the internet, and you can have it deleted.

Your name, email address and whatever else you choose to give us — phone, company, website, and your message. We also record the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which we use to spot automated abuse and for nothing else.
We keep enquiries for as long as we might reasonably need to follow up on them, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a customer.
Your account details, the projects and keywords you set up, the ranking data we collect on your behalf, audits you run, and a ledger of the credits you spend. This is the service — it is data you asked us to collect and it belongs to you.
If you connect Google Search Console, we read the search performance data for the properties you authorise, so it can be shown alongside our own measurements. We ask only for read access, we never modify anything in your Search Console, and you can revoke the grant at any time from your Google account.
Standard web server logs: the pages requested, timestamps, IP address, user-agent and referring page. These are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking of any kind on these pages. The dashboard uses one session cookie, which exists solely to keep you logged in.
One external resource is loaded on this website: a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Everything else — every script, stylesheet and image — is served from our own server.
To provide the service we send certain queries to third-party data providers. These queries contain the keyword, domain or URL being looked up — not your identity, your account details or your other customers' data:
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use one customer's data to benefit another.
On our own servers. Data may be processed in the countries where our providers operate in order to deliver the service.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for this and we will not make it difficult.
Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. API keys are stored as hashes — the full key is shown to you once at creation and cannot be recovered afterwards, by us or anyone else. The site is served over HTTPS. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and tell you what actually happened.
This is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
